Details
The vinification process, at a controlled temperature of 30-31 ° C, consists of 2 weeks of maceration on the skins with frequent pumping over and delestages, followed by malolactic fermentation in steel. The wine then matures in French oak barrels for 24 months and subsequently refines in glass before being placed on the market.
